Mali is one of the poorest countries in the world. Drought, crop failures, and rising food prices make it difficult for many families to feed themselves adequately, and this hardship is particularly felt during Ramadan.
In the blessed month of Ramadan, we have enabled needy people in Mali to break their fast with a warm and nutritious meal. The Iftar meals were freshly prepared and distributed specifically to families, orphans, and elderly people who are particularly in need of support.
